Portland cruised to victory on Tuesday, running Los Angeles out of the gym and running up a 125-104 score at STAPLES Center.
The Trail Blazers were a -4.0-point favorite in the win, and managed to turn a profit for their supporters. The combined score dipped UNDER the total, which closed at 232.0.
C.J. McCollum had 35 points for Portland and Damian Lillard chipped in with 20 points. Damian Lillard had 12 assists for the Trail Blazers, while Jusuf Nurkic was the team's top rebounder, grabbing 12 boards.
The Clippers got a 22-point performance from Montrezl Harrell, who was supported by 18 points from Louis Williams. Patrick Beverley had 7 assists in a losing cause for Los Angeles, while Ivica Zubac grabbed 15 rebounds.
Portland trailed at halftime, 52-50.
Los Angeles won the battle of the boards, outrebounding their counterparts 51-50.
Portland looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Pelicans. The Clippers will aim to get back on the winning track vs. Chicago.
