Guardiola set to attend Man City v PSG next week
Pep Guardiola is set to attend Manchester City’s match against Paris Saint-Germain next week, according to the BBC. The former City manager’s presence will add another layer of interest to the fixture.
Guardiola spent a decade in charge of Manchester City before leaving the club in the summer. He has also backed the club’s owners since the verdict, as noted in the source material.
His return to City for a high-profile meeting with PSG is likely to attract attention beyond the touchline. While the report does not suggest any formal role for Guardiola at the game, his attendance alone gives the occasion added significance.
