Eastern Washington earned a 69-62 victory over Northern Arizona on Thursday, getting 18 points from Steele Venters at Reese Court.
Eastern Washington did not, however, defeat Northern Arizona against the spread, which closed at -10.0 at most sportsbooks.
Eastern Washington got 13 points from Ethan Price and another 12 points from Rylan Bergersen. Rylan Bergersen contributed 4 assists, while Steele Venters cleaned the glass with 8 rebounds.
Northern Arizona got 24 points from Keith Haymon in a losing cause and another 20 points from Jalen Cone. Carson Towt contributed 6 assists for them, while Carson Towt had 11 rebounds.
Eastern Washington was winning at the break before taking care of business in the second half.

Eastern Washington looks to continue their winning ways next game with a battle against the Portland State. Northern Arizona will aim to get back on the winning track at Idaho.
